Cruising the Chesapeake

7/24/05 - Today I woke up early because we left our anchorage at the Sassafras River at 7am.  Usually I sleep until 8 o'clock.  Juliana is still sleeping and it is already 9:30.  We are sailing to the C&D Canal today, but the wind just died so we are actually motoring.  Our friends Celine and Anouk are sailing with us for a couple of months, hopefully.  Their parents are very nice and yesterday we spent all day playing with them.  It's nice to have some friends to play with every single time we anchor.  Here is a picture of them on the bow of our boat.

7/15/05 - I am so excited that we are going to sail to so many places.  I've adapted to life on the boat.
